Durable Medium: Any format that allows information to be stored and retrieved later, such as email or PDF.

2. Right to Cancel / Returns

You may return products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kreasta.com before sending any items back.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Kreasta reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned product or valid proof of shipment.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and sales made through our website.
By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other posted policies.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

4. Offers and Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith.
Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to screen differences or manufacturing tolerances.
Obvious typographical or pricing errors do not bind Kreasta.

5. Formation of Contract

A binding contract is created when you complete checkout and we confirm your order via email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• Payment cannot be processed

• The product is out of stock

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

All transactions are processed securely, and personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Returns Process

To request a return or exchange, email support@kreasta.com within 30 days of delivery.
After approval, you will receive the correct return address (our warehouse in China).

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Please retain your shipping receipt or tracking number as proof of dispatch.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kreasta is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

7. Return Costs and Refunds

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (approximately $25 USD, depending on the courier and package weight), unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

8. Exclusions from Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order décor)

• Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

This does not affect your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws for defective or damaged goods.

9. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using our secure payment system.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed on our website.
If a pricing error occurs, Kreasta may cancel and refund the affected order prior to shipment.

10. Product Quality and Limited Warranty

Under U.S. consumer law and the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, Kreasta’s products come with implied warranties that they will be:

• Of acceptable quality,

• Match their description, and

• Be fit for ordinary use.

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Contact support@kreasta.com with photos or details within 30 days of delivery.

These rights exist in addition to any limited manufacturer’s warranty that may accompany certain products.

11. Delivery and Performance

We take all reasonable care to process and ship orders promptly.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–12 business days across the United States.

If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is delivered to your designated address.

12. Ongoing Services or Subscriptions

Kreasta does not currently offer recurring or subscription-based services.
If such services are introduced in the future, clear terms regarding billing, cancellation, and renewal will be provided.

13. Complaints and Customer Support

We aim to respond within 14 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state consumer protection agency.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreasta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
