Consumer Definition

A consumer is an individual who purchases goods or services primarily for personal, family, or household use and not for resale or business purposes.

Right to Cancel or Return

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

The 30-day period begins on the day:

• you, or someone authorized by you (who is not the carrier), receive(s) the item(s) in a single order delivered together; or

• you, or someone authorized by you, receive(s) the final item, if your order contained multiple items shipped separately.

How to Exercise Your Right

To initiate a return or cancellation, please email support@kreasta.com before sending any items back.

You may use the sample return/cancellation form below, but this is not required.
To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send your email notification before the 30-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel or return your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any extra costs for non-standard delivery methods you selected).

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you agree otherwise. No refund fees will be charged.

We may withhold the refund until:

• we have received the returned goods, or

• you have provided proof of return shipment,
  whichever occurs first.

Return Process

You must return the goods within 30 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the items before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China.
Please note that the return address is not the sender’s address printed on your parcel. The correct return address will be provided once you contact us by email.

Typical return shipping costs are approximately €25 (actual cost depends on the carrier and parcel weight).

Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• items that are custom-made or personalized (e.g., made-to-order or engraved home décor pieces).

The right to cancel expires early for:

• sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
